Smoking Billy

Located near Seibu Shinjuku Station, Smoking Billy was largely a traditional smoke shop in the Kabuki-chō red-light district in Shinjuku in Tokyo. In addition to a wide selection of fine tobaccos, cigarettes, and cigars, they were also a complete headshop offering a wide array of water pipes and hookahs.
