Pity Kitty

Pity Kitty figurines were made by the Enesco company in the late ’60s through the ’70s and were quite popular for some reason. It’s hard to find much info on them, but seeing how they are easily found in thrift stores and flea markets for a few bucks, they were probably not very expensive when new and they must have made a shit ton of them. So if you’re decorating a mid-century mobile home and looking to capture just the right level of kitsch, get yourself a Pitty Kitty or two.
