This 1968 VW Bug is packing a amidship mounted 1970 Olds 455 big block backed by a 1968 Toronado transaxle, and sounds like it would be an absolute widow maker… Ferdinand Porsche would be pissed, but Dr. Oldsmobile would be proud. Sounds like the engine runs, and it can move under its own power, but isn’t driveable for whatever reason. Seller says it needs to be rebodied, but at $1,500, it’s definitely tickling our buying bone, even if it is out in Ohio. View the listing here >
