Frank Kaisler was one of the most knowledgeable guys about all things Harley-Davidson you could ever meet, but was equally just as nice and humble. From his unique builds, to his extensive knowledge of building, tuning, and maintaining various V-Twin engines, Frank left a huge mark in the chopper community before his passing about a year ago.
