Back in the day, Class 8 semi trucks were made of metal, inside and out. Plastic, sterile interiors with info screens and company GPS trackers were a thing of science fiction. While old school truckers may look back at these early rigs with nostalgic fondness, I doubt any of them would want to drive one all day compared to a more modern tractor with their next level comfort, it doesn’t take away from the chrome coolness we had back in the day.
