City at Night

October 4, 2026

There’s something about cruising the city at night on a motorcycle that makes everything feel meaner, louder, and a little more alive. Streetlights smear across the tank, neon bleeds into wet pavement, and every tunnel turns the exhaust into a war drum. You move through the city like a rumor—past shuttered storefronts, glowing bars, empty intersections, and the occasional car full of people who look half-asleep behind the glass.

At that hour, the city strips off its daytime manners. The traffic thins, the shadows get longer, and the road starts to feel like it belongs to whoever is still awake. You lean into the turns, crack the throttle on the straightaways, and let the engine drown out whatever followed you into the night. No destination required. Just gasoline, cold air, red lights, and a few more miles before sunrise.
