Leonard “Cowboy” O’Toole (March 7, 1940–May 26, 2021) was a legendary craftsman in Hawaii. He was a bike builder, leather worker, gunsmith, and engraver that left his mark of quality on literally everything he touched. He could be seen riding his custom choppers all over Oahu, always wearing his signature cowboy hat.
