Adam and The Ants Without Adam?

In early 1980, ex-Sex Pistols manager Malcolm McLaren was brought in to help take Adam and The Ants to the next professional level. His decision, besides a few musical suggestions, was that the band ditch Adam. Malcolm isn’t even interested in keeping the Adam Ant name, since Adam is so closely associated with it. So Adam sulks off to find himself a new bunch of Ants, and the old Ants; Dave Barbe, Matthew Ashman, and Leigh Gorman, are off to wind up in a new Malcolm creation called Bow Wow Wow. They had to find themselves a singer, which would eventually be 14 year old Burmese girl, Annabella Lwin.
