Satriale’s Pork Store

Satriale’s Pork Store was owned and managed by Francis Satriale, a butcher who in the early 1970s got into debt with Johnny Soprano due to his compulsive gambling. Johnny Soprano severed Satriale’s pinky finger whilst Junior Soprano held him down in the backroom of Satriale’s Pork Store due to nonpayment of debts. While this may have been outright refusal, an argument between Satriale and the elder Soprano about a free delivery to the Soprano residence suggested that he could not afford the debt and attempted to make good by payment in kind.
