Jerdon Model 357 Magnum Hair Dryer

Ever see something that you totally don’t need, but have to have just because it’s so fucking awesome that you can’t let it pass you by? Enter the Jerdon Model 357 Magnum Hair Dryer. Modeled after a .357 Magnum revolver, the Jerdon is clearly meant for quick draw action by experienced hairdressers and was originally sold in the early ’80s, though in today’s climate, its very existence would be crucified on social media. While the general appearance is cool as hell, the fact that the trigger operates the blow-dryer and the hammer acts as a switch to choose the desired setting is just over the top. They’ve obviously been out of production for decades, but they pop up one Bay and Etsy now and again, so keep your eyes peel and make sure you’re ready to drop at least a couple hundo on a working model.
