Punk icon Jordan Mooney – best known for her work with the Sex Pistols – has died aged 66 after being diagnosed with bile duct cancer. Jordan – real name Pamela Rooke – was an English model and actress also famed for her collaborations with Vivienne Westwood. Her family released a statement saying she will be sadly missed as tributes began to flood in.
