Nurses Do It Better

During Led Zeppelin’s July 23rd, 1977 show at Alameda County Coliseum in Oakland, Robert Plant caught this shirt when a fan threw it and shouted out ‘Nurses do it better!’ Robert Plant laughed and said ‘I know,’ presumably a nod to his wife Maureen who was a nurse, and just like that, an otherwise boring slogan t-shirt became a piece of rock ‘n’ roll history.
