The Batavus MoBat is a styling package added to a standard HS-50 moped, and from what we get from this rad marketing photo, it was targeted at goth moped enthusiasts. The HS-50 had motorcycle styling with the tank positioned between the knees, built to a Harglo specification for the British market.
